Sometime ago I came across a posting about Cydia browsing without your phone.

I saved the web links and always went there because it makes it easier for me on a computer instead of on my phone then install on my phone after I find what I want.

Recently reformatted my laptop and loosing the links, I searched for the links again. I am putting them here so I wont loose them again.

Update, I did buy and download this app. On my iPhone it does not work at this time and resprings into safe mode.

I contacted Adam Bell and explained what happened, His reply says it is not compatible with Springtomize and ScrollingBoard.

I am not sure when he will update it to be compatible, Perhaps later.

No Battery Reflection

Ever wanted to know if you could rid of that reflection on the battery screen?

iDemo

I love the program iDemo. attimes the font is too small and i like to use iDemo to make it larger to see what i am doing, of course the phone must be jailbroken.

Must add ScreenSplitr from Cydia.

Then must download iDemo from plutinosoft.com/idemo.

After the install run, it runs in Demo mode until it is purchased.

I bought mine back in 2010 and love it.

It is iOS5 compatible and does work on wifi so no cable needed unless you want to.

Tell me how you like it.

Helpers - Diskaid, and iPhonebrowser

I always have the need to install things or alter themes as i like, or just change the images and put them back on the iPhone.

I have apps that are not able to get from Cydia anymore and have saved them from before.

Well with a few free tools available I have been able to reinstall them and also save to and from the iPhone.

One of them I use to be able to get to work, Seems it's a trick now to get it to work and since I have redone my laptop now it just crashes.

Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.0.1

I’m sure you’ve all heard the big news today of the untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.0.1.

For those of you with your iPhone 4s or iPad 2 unfortunately this doesn’t work for you, but for the rest of us, YAY!

Just head over to http://blog.iphone-dev.org/ and download your jailbreak of choice.

If you have a Mac, Pwnagetool is available. If you don’t need to preserve baseband or any of that fun stuff just grab yourself the new redsn0w and your jailbreak will be as easy as a few pushes of buttons.

My iPad was still on 4.3.3 or something so I upgraded to 5.0.1. My iPhone was already on 5.0.1 so it was really simple running redsn0w.

Now that my devices are updated and Cydia is installed i’m ready to download the tweaks i’ve been missing for months! Oh wait… the servers are hammered right now so we probably aren’t going to be able to download anything for now :-/
