Developer Jeff Broderick, has designed a panel available directly from Safari, so that you can create system shortcuts and save them directly on your idevice.
I miss my Sbsettings but this might just do for now.
Visit http://brdrck.me/settings on your idevice.
Select the shortcut you want to install on your springboard.
And install.. Its that simple!
It’s not like Sbsettings but it helps. The site is currently running a bit slow due to high traffic, be patient. Enjoy!
